Ada is the corporate home of Alticor and its subsidiaries, Quixtar and Amway. Ada is renown for its 2 rivers, the Grand River, the Thornapple River and numerous streams and meadows. The original bridge was built by William Holmes. The present structure is a reconstructed wooden truss bridge. Facilities include restrooms, fishing and picnicking on 22.5 acres.   Egypt Valley Country Club EGYPT VALLEY COUNTY CLUB: (7333 Knapp St NE Ada, MI 49301) The rolling hills close to the Grand River is a beautiful setting for this championship calibre golf course.
